Cancellation/Transfer Policy

Cancellations/transfers must be in writing.

  1. No shows will not be refunded or transferred.
  2. If cancellation/transfer fee is incurred, remaining balance may be transferred to another PIA South program within same calendar year or refunded. (See below for specifics by program type.)
  3. You may substitute an eligible person for the same event at any time at no charge with notification prior to the event.

CIC Program:

Cancellations/Transfers received within seven (7) calendar days of a CIC program’s start date will incur a $75 fee. Cancellations/Transfers made after 12 p.m. noon on the Monday prior to the Wednesday start date will incur a $125 fee.

CISR Program:

Cancellations/Transfers received within seven (7) calendar days of a CISR program’s start date will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations/Transfers received after 12 p.m. noon the day prior to class start date will incur a $50 fee.

General CE and Education Expo:

Cancellations/Transfers received after 12 p.m. noon the day prior to class start date will incur a $25 fee.
